How often can I place an order with Navarro?
You can place an order for up to $20 worth of items from the order form only 1 time each calendar month. For example, you can place an order on April 30th and again on May 1st but not again on May 15th. Orders can only be placed once a month.

What happens if the items I order total more than the allowable $20 benefit?
We will try to contact you to ask you to choose any items that can be removed to reduce the total dollar amount of your order to $20 or under. If you cannot be contacted the least expensive item(s) will removed to reduce the total to $20 or under and your order will be shipped.

Can a credit be carried over if I do not use all of my $20 benefit?
No. You may not carry any of your benefit over to another month even if you do not place an order during that month at all. Each month you either use the $20 benefit or lose it.

How can I place an order?
There are several ways you can place an order: 

  • Complete the order form with your Tango member id number, name, address and phone number. In the box to left of the desired item, enter the amount of that item you would like to receive.
  • Fold the form to show the Navarro mailing address on the outside, place a stamp on the form and mail.
  • Or, fax the form to: (866) 682-6733.
  • You may also place your order by phone toll free at (888) 628-2770.

When will I receive my order?
Once your order is received by Navarro Discount Pharmacies for processing it will be packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days. The actual time to receive your order may vary depending on how quickly your package is delivered by the US postal service. The average shipping time is approximately 1-2 weeks. You should generally allow up to 3 weeks to receive your order. If you do not receive your order within 3 weeks call Navarro at (888) 628-2770 or contact your Tango Care Manager for assistance.

What do I do if I do not receive all of the items I ordered?
First, look in the package you received for a notice that the additional item is being shipped separately. Occasionally, your entire order will not arrive at the same time. If you did not receive an “Item Shipped Separately” notice call Navarro toll free, at (888) 628-2770, or contact your Tango Care Manager to notify them as soon as possible.

Can I place an order for two months at the same time?
No, unfortunately even if you are placing an order on the last day of the month, you cannot place an order in advance for the next month, which begins the next day. Please mail, fax, or call in the orders separately during the month for which you are placing your order.

Can I order items totalling more than my Tango monthly benefit and pay for the amount over $20?
No, please do not send payment in any form to Navarro for additional items. The payment will be returned to you and it will only delay your shipment. Please allow 6- 8 weeks from the time you mail or fax your request to receive your reimbursement. If you have not received reimbursement within this timeframe, contact your Care Manager toll free, at (866) 769-1158.
