For children (ages 20 years and younger) dental services
include:

• Diagnostic services
• Preventive treatment
• Restorative treatment
• Endodontic treatment
• Periodontal treatment
• Surgical procedures and/or extractions
• Orthodontic treatment
• Complete and partial dentures.

For ages 21 and older, dental services include:

• Diagnostic and preventative care
• Complete teeth cleaning (2 cleanings per year)
• Fluoride treatment (1 treatment per year)
• Simple fillings
• Simple surgery extractions and x-rays
• Complete and Partial Dentures
